Alex Martin Chaves

Founder

Alex is the CEO of Parking Company of America Management (PCAM). Under Mr. Chaves’ leadership, PCAM has grown to be one of the largest privately held parking operators in the country with hundreds of locations. He leads all strategic growth and market/site selection initiatives nationally. Mr. Chaves is currently a Trustee of Loyola Marymount University Board of Directors and President of the Loyola Marymount University (LMU) Latino Alumni Association. Alex also serves on the LA 2024 Olympic Committee and was a Former Chapter Chair for the Young Presidents Organization, Trustee for the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and an active member of the Los Angeles Country Club and the California Club.

Robert Lyddon

Founder

Rob is the CEO of Viastron (Six Star) Holdings and Managing Member, Kalos Spiti, LLC (Good Home) a real estate investment and acquisition company. Experienced executive and private investor with decades of experience as a business leader and operator. Mr. Lyddon retired from the Aerospace industry as President of two metallurgical service companies. Board Member Rising LLC, former Chancellor and Advisory Council member Texas Christian University, Former Chairman of Pasadena Young Presidents Organization.

John Wong

Founder

John Wong is a Real Estate and hospitality investor and developer with over three decades of executive experience. Diverse background in real estate and hospitality investment, finance, management, development and construction. Trustee at Flintridge Preparatory School, Trustee at Sant Marks’ School, Member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, Former Chairman of the Ventura Visitor’s and Convention Bureau, Former Board Member of Goodwill of Ventura County, Board of Leaders at the USC Marshall School of Business.

Brad Lyddon

Director, Project Management

Brad has over 10 years of management experience in aerospace and industrial operations, focusing on operations, government compliance and project management. Brad oversees UH’s construction renovations as well as building management of UH’s existing portfolio. Brad’s expertise is in managing scope, schedule and budget for acquisition and construction renovations for our facilities. Brad works with building contractors, non-profit operating partners, and government agencies to open and maintain our buildings for supportive housing. He currently holds a bachelors degree in communication studies from Texas Christian University.
